How can i get really white teeth without whitening strips?

See your Dentist: Many dentists offer 1 hour type whitening. Beware of sensitivity. There are some new options which provide excellent whitening and low sensitivity.

Power bleaching: We've found that over the counter whitening strips don't work. Prescription strength crest whitening strips seem to work with mixed results. Other whitening options include an in-office 60 minute power bleaching session. The whitening gel is very strong and can whiten teeth very quickly and effectively. Additional take-home whitening mouthguards are needed for maintance. Cost is high though.

Yes: If you want really white teeth without whitening then your only option is cosmetic dentisrty. Porcelain veneers or crowns can get your teeth as white as you desire. Bonding may also be an option.
