Not likely : For conception to occur, several finely tuned processes must occur all in perfect order. First of which is cervical bathing/coating by sperm. The reason this is needed is because of all the volume deposited at the cervix, some will leak out, some will never enter the cervix, some will die in the uterine cavity. Sperm deposited on the exterior of the vagina can't "migrate" into the vaginal canal.
