May reasons: You may love to eat. You more likely have some association with food mentally...It is comforting? It helps with anxiety? You have a craving? Consider a counselor to help you figure out the mental/emotional attachment you have to food and that can help you have a better relationship with food. (sounds weird but it is true!).
