Tough question!: I'm sorry you're soaking up the criticism of others. I'd encourage you to focus your energy on self care: sort of like parenting yourself! make sure you are eating well, sleeping well, exercising regularly. When we are taking good care of ourselves, it's much easier to shrug off the insensitivities of others. Be sure you are giving your own positive self-talk at least equal time. Good luck.
