Many things: Sexual problems are very common in women. In the United States, 40 percent of women have sexual concerns and 12 percent report distressing sexual problems. Sexual response in women is more complicated than it is in men. It involves the brain (anxiety and depression can affect orgasm), hormone levels, the environment (stress, lack of privacy) , etcetera. See your doctor if it persists.
