Yes: It's a regular medical (doctors, clinics, hospitals) organization like any other. They just have many specialists there as well.

Absolutely: The physicians at the Cleveland Clinic have a very large integrated Family medicine program, and Internal medicine program. If you live in Cleveland, sometimes you may be able to get an appointment on the same day as long as you call before noon.
