A member asked:

Can you dehydrate breast milk and if so does this de-activate the lipase?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Don't do it: Important things like your immunoglobulins and other nutrients won't tolerate a dehydration process. Your baby will lose most of the benefits of your breast milk. Best to freeze it properly for storage if you're fortunate to have enough breast milk to do so.
