Yes: It depends. You can gain weight by gaining water, muscle, bone or most commonly fat. If you gain weight by gaining water, your breasts will enlarge as a result of the excess water. If you gain fat, because breast tissue is largely composed of fatty tissue, you may see your breasts grow depending how your genetic makeup distributes fat through your body. Or the fat may just go elsewhere.
