Sex & delayed menses: Having had unprotected sex suggests that your girlfriend could be pregnant. I suggest that she do a home pregnancy test. If + follow up with her gynecologist. Af 42 chances of ovulation and pregnancy are reduced but still possible. I wouldn't suggest any medication till she knows whether she's pregnant or not.
