Eat healthy: It's tough, isn't it? My wife has has had the same complaint about me for 35 years. She solved it by eating healthy stuff (carrots, celery with a bit of peanut butter, etc.) when i snacked - and eventually guilted me into eating healthy snacks myself, which helped me to lose weight and get healthier. Try that!
