Could be contraction: If you were my patient, i would send you to the labor room to make sure you are not having premature contractions or premature labor, or abruption or anything not good and to check your cervix length to make sure your cervix is not getting too short, once I have ruled out all those problems then it could be muscle, i would demand for either your OB to see you today in office or go to labor room.
