Depends : Estrogen is a natural product of metabolism and is present in some quantity in both genders.The body regulates the quantity made using an elaborate feed back system involving the brain & sex organs. Estrogen's are commonly used in prescription oral contraceptives or menstrual regulator products. They should only be used after proper history & physical exam & a discussion of potential side effects.
