No: Ivf/et can put 2 embryos into your uterus, but no guarantee that they will both implant. The only way i can think of is to adopt twins. Sorry - best i can do. Good luck!

Why would you?: No reasonable woman would desire anything but singleton healthy pregnancies at each attempt. Twins are at high risk for the following complications: low birth weight, preterm birth, maternal-fetal death/injury, congenital defects, preeclampsia, diabetes mellitus. So, do not wish for twins - and, no there is no good way to order them.
