Breast symptoms: First, i would recommend to redo a home preg test. Two negative tests are very confirming that you are not pregnant. Assuming you are not pregnant, missed cycle may cause breast tenderness due to hormonal alterations. Are you on any birth control? Additionally, symptoms could be all part of pms. If you have a uti, that should be unrelated to this concern. Easiest is to redo the test, for now.

Prolactin: Have your doctor check hormones including fsh, lh, Estradiol and prolactin. Do ultrasound of your ovaries. Check thyroid function.
