Either way: If the blisters bother you they can be drained. If you use a sterile needle the blister can be drained by slowly sticking the blister(but not the skin) and letting the fluid out. Do not remove the top skin, it will peel off later. If they do not bother you they can be left alone and will eventually drain and dry up.

Leave them Alone!: Do not pop the blisters. The resultant toxin from the blister will cause a skin infection called cellulitis. Also, the bacterial from the sting will cause a specific type of infection, called MRSA (methicillin-resistant staph auerus) which should be evaluated by a local podiatrist if you still have problems 1 week after the injury.
