Varies: This can vary a bit based upon age and muscle mass. For a 25 to 35 yo a suggested healthy range is 115 to 155 lbs but for a 15 year old girl the range is 102 lbs to 145 lbs. (see: http://goo.Gl/kmn10) . The ideal or healthy body weight is a topic of debate but these are general guidelines.

About 130: The formula is 100 pounds for 5 ft tall then 5 pounds for every inch above it for woman. so 100 + 6(5) = 130 Then you allow 10% leeway each way for difference is sizes from small to large The range would be 117- 143
