Bleeding: If hb has dropped by one gram over two weeks, that means that you have lost about 300-500 ml of blood or more. It may be due to external bleeding e., g., menstrual bleed or internal, such as a bleeding peptic ulcer. If you have appreciable drop in hb over two weeks, see your doctor asap.
