I had a fever, body aches and a very bad sore throat only one side of throat. is that flu?

Sore throa ache feve: It may be flu but it is difficult to make diagnosis withut exam.You may have flu or another viral uri, or may have strep infection, which has to be treated with antibiotics, because if not treated properly it can cause serious complications.

Strep throat?: It could be strep throat or another either bacterial or viral infection. I would recommend a visit with your physician for further evaluation. Generally, there are more symptoms associated with the flu and they are more severe.
