A member asked:

What are some cons for contraceptives?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Varies: The best method is different for different people. The hormonal methods, intrauterine devices and permanent sterilization are the most effective (other than abstinence). Barrier methods and more "natural" methods are safe except for the risks related to failure of the method and unintended pregnancy.
