In ultrasonography, liver is fatty, what does it mean, who i should contact for this problem?

Several possibilitz: "fatty liver" is a term used when the liver looks "hyperechoic" on ultrasound (more bright). The liver is storing more fat within it than normal. It is most commonly associated with obesity, but can be seen with diabetes, alcoholism, hepatitis and others.
