Spinal surgeon: This is no easy ordeal. You have to go to college (excel in this), then apply to medical school. Then get into a residency that can add another 6 years. Its hard work all the way with a ton of sacrifice. In the current demonic culture against the healthcare professions and with decreasing reimbursements - one should have second thoughts.
