Many things: Cramps can be due to pelvic lesions. A classic cause of pain with intercourse is endometriosis. Other causes include fibroids, pelvic adhesions, ovarian cysts, or a pelvic infection. Sometimes vaginal dryness with intercourse can result in some achiness afterwards. See your doctor for a pelvic exam.
