About 2-3 weeks: Pms usually starts after ovulation. Ovulation happens about 14 days before your next menstrual cycle. If your cycles happen every 28 days, and you bleed for a week, then you can estimate that pms may occur within 2-3 weeks after your have finished bleeding.
