What is occult pcod. ?

Occult PCOD: Most of patients who have polycystic ovarian syndrome have signs and symptoms .But in occult pcod, others may not know till the are made aware that they can not have a baby.They will be thin, have iregular periods, no hirsutism, normal looking ovaries on ultrasound, but still have pcod. These patients present with recurrent loss of pregnancy and the diagnosis is missed.
