As no condom at all.: If there is a defect in the condom or the male's condom comes off during intercourse and ends up inside of your vagina, then the risks of sexually transmitted diseases or pregnancy are the same as without the condom at all. Here you are using it as a form of birth control, and therefore presume none was used. If there is real concern about becoming pregnant, talk with or see your gynecologist.
