A member asked:

What are some foods that can increase my hemoglobin level?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: Is your hb low or do you want to have it higher than normal? If it is low, first step is to determine the cause and treat the cause. If you are deficient in iron, a common cause of anemia, spinach, crude sugar, and red meats will provide iron.
