Lichen Nitidus: Possibly a skin disorder called lichen nitidus. Many bumps, discolorations, and textures can be normal. But, some are early signs of infection, or disease. A urologist, dermatologist, or visit to your family doctor may save you a lot of trouble later.

Penis lesions: This should be evaluated by your medical doctor while the lesions (bumps) are still present. He will rule out any pathology and advise you if it can be transferred to someone. It may be bacterial or viral in nature. A medication may be given to you. You should take great care in having any sex until you get this diagnosed. Please get this checked as soon as possible.
