It can kill you: From a purely medical point of view, people with multiple sex partners tend to have sexually transmitted diseases which can be fatal. Condoms help, but they are not perfect protection even when used perfectly. The one exception may be in nevada where prostitution is legal and regulated. Furthermore, it is illegal. So even if you don't get a medical problem, if you get caught you still problems.
