No : By definition, STDs are sexually transmitted diseases. By definition, virgins have not had sex yet. Assuming neither virgin got an std from rape or from birth, then neither virgin has any std to pass to the other virgin.

Define "virgin": It depends on what you mean by "virgin." someone who has never had any form of sexual activity can't have or transmit an std, with the exception of herpes type 1, which usually causes cold sores but can sometimes cause genital herpes. However, someone who has had sex but not intercourse can still have and transmit stds.
