Instructions: After 10:00 pm the day before do not eat anything but water. Go to the lab and get a fasting blood glucose and a hbga1-c (pharmacies cell a kit) . That will tell you if you are not handeling your sugar properly. If you see your doctor he can answer all this questions and concerns.
