Chlamydia is often a: “silent” disease – this means the person isn't experiencing symptoms. Chlamydia symptoms in women may include: spotting, painful sexual intercourse, pain w urination, vaginal discharge (milky or yellow mucus), lower abdominal pain, nausea ; fever. Chlamydia in men may cause burning or pain w urinating, irritation at penis opening, discharge, groin pain w swelling ; testicular swelling /pain.
