Urethritis, uti, etc: The opening where the urine comes out is called the urethra. It is very small and just above the vaginal opening. It can be irritated during sex that is too long, too rough, too dry etc. Or you could have developed a urinary tract infection or even a vaginal infection. Time to check with your doctor!

Dysuria: Dysuria, or painful urination, can be due to a number of factors after sex. One of the factors could be a bladder infection or trauma. If it is right after sex it is more commonly from trauma. If the pain with urination persists or occurs commony then it is important to see your physician for evaluation to determine the cause.
