Yes: A hemorrhoid is a swollen vein, usually with a clot in it, in the area of the anus. Having anal sex will irritated the hemorrhoid, cause pain, possibly bleeding and probably delay the healing. If the hemorrhoids are old, chronic and non tender, then anal sex may or may not aggravate them.
