Waite it out...: Lsd has many psychological as well as physical effects, lasting 8-12 hours after an avergae single dose use. Its half-life is about 5 hours--means half of what you take is still in your body after 5 hours, then another half of the half (quarter) still left at 10 hours. I would not use anything to help sleep--just drink plenty of fluid, let its effect wear-off. Be good and good luck.
