Symptoms: Symptoms of aortic stenosis are syncope (passing out), angina (chest pain) and heart failure. Weight lifting may actually increase the heart muscle thickness (although the right heart may be affected more). With aortic stenosis, the left heart gets thicker. Weight training is probably okay, but you need to discuss it with your cardiologist.
