What should i do if my abdomen is swollen and extremely tender and there's a strange noise when i have flatus?

Swollen Abdomen: Please get to the nearest emergency room or urgent care center. Abdominal symptoms, especially those that include swollen and painful signs need to be evaluated urgently. The addition of other in-explainable symptoms make this more urgent. Other worrisome symptoms could include a fever, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation. This is not a day to take two Aspirin and wait. Go get help!
