Medication : You should try and see a board certified psychiatrist. If you have any condition which signifantly affects your life, you definately owe it to yourself, your family and friends to seek help, and sooner rather than later. Do it first for yourself. Mood stabilizing medications would be the standard treatment for bipolar disorder. Good luck.
