Symptoms?: The neck and face are generally so well supplied with blood that there is almost no such thing. There is a condition called temporal arteritis where the blood vessels near the temple becomes inflamed and causes pain.

Almost not possible: The face has a wealth of blood vessels. It is the only place where muscles connect directly to the skin to allow facial expressions. There are so many blood vessels coming from so many directions that even blocking a few of them wound not show any real signs of poor circulation. If you are having pain, it is more likely nerve or muscle pain (spasm). Your doctor will help you untangle this.
