What does it mean if i've had tubal sterilization in terms of recovery?

Short Recovery OK: A laparoscopic tubal ligation only requires 1-2 days of recovery & the incisions are small enough that early activity won't cause harm. So if you feel well, it's ok to resume activities. On the other hand, if you had an essure procedure, recovery is not needed as only mild cramps are experienced (if any). If you have pain or experience more than the above, call your doc. Take care.
