Can i use rogaine (minoxidil) after getting chemo?

Possibly: The hair loss after chemotherapy is a difficult problem. There are several treatments that have been tried. Most have failed. Rogaine (minoxidil) might speed up the process, but the scientific evidence is weak.

Rogaine/chemotherapy: It is a bad idea for many reasons your blood pressure may fall and complicate your other treatment. And secondaly the hair loss with chemo is not permanent, most of the time your hair grow back to what it was before therapy and in real practice rogain is not going to grow much of hair to cover your scalp so use a wig till the chemo is being given.
