Normal: Most women will have some white discharge throguh most of the month. That clear stretchy discharge is normally your "fertile period", the time right before ovulation. If you have fairly normal cycles, you should expect a period about 14 days after the clear discharge (unless you're pregnant).

Maybe: Though it sounds like a physiologic discharge. If you are worried about it, be seen for an exam and diagnosis.
