Probably normal: The vagina changes a bit after ovulation (midcycle) & the discharge usually becomes thicker & less mucus like. The red discharge may just be from the cervix that can be stimulated by the penis during intercourse. The cervix can be friable (easy to bleed) which is why some women spot after a pap smear.
