Yes.: Having sex with your partner or if he ejaculated (came) near your vagina means you can be pregnant you can get pregnant on your period or even using birth control. Women can have periods or spot during pregnancy. They also bleed when the fertilized egg attaches to the uterus. Pregnancy signs: tender breasts, very tired, nausea/vomiting, frequent urination. Get a pregnancy test to confirm.
