Yes: Masturbation or sex can cause microtrauma to the urethra. Urine flowing over this area can cause a stinging sensation. If all of your tests are negative, your urine is normal, and no other cause is found, then that leaves masturbation as a cause. Try going without sex of any kind for a week and see if the sting resolves.
