Many options: Nothing works well once you're sick, except fresh air and staring at the horizon. Prevention is key. Sopolamine patch (transderm-scop), applied several hours before you start your trip, is effective. For short trips, over-the-counter Meclizine works well. Some people swear by candied ginger or wrist bands.
