A member asked:

How do you know when you've ovulated?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Basal temp rises: If you have been taking your basal body temperature, there is typically a rise of 1/2 degree with Progesterone production, which occurs after ovulation. Also, if you notice lots of good cervical mucus (like egg white), that is a sign that your are nearing ovulation. When it suddenly goes away, that is probably a sign that you are in the second half (progesterone-producing) part of the cycle.
