How come i developed gastritis?

Various causes : Gastritis usually develops when your stomach's protective layer becomes weakened or damaged. Gastritis can occur suddenly or develop over weeks and months: causes include bacterial infection with h. Pylori, excessive use of nsaids (motrim, alleve), long term alcohol use, excess bile secretion/reflux, and other chronic conditions (chron's disease, autoimmune conditions, hiv). May need md eval.
