Tx Cause: Depends on ethiology. If morbidly obese need to undo morbid obesity. If secondary to congestive heart failure, treat correct failure. If due to venous drainage inssuficiency in leg , anti embolic stockings. Leg elevation higher than right atrium for several hours will diminish leg swelling. Need venous reflux study. If valve on common femoral vein incompetent, axillary valve vein autotransplant
