There was several other possible complications including a higher risk of lymphoma. Individuals with sjogren's should be under the care of a rheumatologist.

Not necessarily: Autoimmune diseases like sjogrens can be seen with increased frequency with those have family members with autoimmune disease though they may have the same autoimmune disease.
