Other possibilities: Other: sinus infection, tumor, etc. Though eye strain is the most common cause that comes to mind. One possibility (not 'serious' but almost always overlooked) is a change in the function of the neck and/or position of the cranial bones. These abnormalities can actually contribute to slight changes in eye shape & ability to focus & headaches. Osteopathic exam & treatment may correct such problems.
